This chart can be a useful planning tool to assist you in deciding upon a tent size for your special event.  Frame Tents can be used on any surface and can be anchored using stakes,  concrete blocks or water barrels.  The seating chart applies to either style of tent.  This chart is set up to reflect maximum tent capacity and is an approximation for planning purposes.  Remember you will need to account for additional space to accommodate a stage, dance floor, wedding arbor & decorative items, band, bar, food tables, etc..
