At 850 Events we offer a full line of chairs, tables, lighting, staging, arbors, decor and party equipment for that special occasion.  We can do as small as a party of 10 up to as large as a reception for 500. Since we are local and located on the beaches of South Walton. This saves time, money and most of all gives a sense of comfort to our customers

Delivery, Setup, Tear-Down & Pickup 

We will deliver the rental items to your location, set them up before the event, and then break them down after the event is over and remove them.  Setup may be required for specialty items. Unfortunately we do not allow customers to pickup / drop-off rental items.  Company delivery / pickup is required and guarantees proper transportation of our equipment.  A complete list of our Delivery/ Pickup fees are located below.

Late Night Pickup Fee: Non Tent $250+ with Tent $500+

This fee is required for all scheduled pickups after 7pm.  Venues & locations that are un-tented or not covered may also require this fee. This is required to keep equipment from damage. (Rain, Irrigation & Dew)


Beach Setup & Tear-Down:

Garden or Hard Surface Setup & Tear-Down:
